Our Matcha
Where do you source your matcha from?
We work with a single farm in Uji, Japan — ceremonial grade only, ground each season and shipped in small batches.
Is it ceremonial or culinary grade?
Ceremonial grade, even for the iced lattes. We think the difference is worth it, especially when the matcha sits behind milk.
How fresh is the matcha you whisk?
We open a fresh tin roughly every two weeks. Once opened, it lives in an airtight container in the fridge.
Ordering and Pickup
How does ordering work?
Pick a drink, choose a 30-minute pickup window, and pay via PayNow. We confirm by message and prep your drink for collection at Block 50 Sims Drive void deck.
Do you deliver?
Not yet. Hand-whisked matcha doesn't survive a 45-minute Grab ride. We're pickup-only for now.
What if I miss my window?
Drop us a message. We hold drinks for 15 minutes after the slot ends; after that we'll re-make if you can come within an hour.
Loyalty
Do you have a loyalty programme?
Yes — earn one point per dollar on every order. Tiers unlock at 200 (silver) and 500 (gold) lifetime points.
Can I redeem points on any drink?
Any drink, any customisation. 50 points = $1 off, applied after vouchers.
Do points expire?
Earned points don't expire while your account is active. Lifetime points (used for tiers) only ever go up.
