naocha started in a home kitchen in Aljunied, with one chawan, one chasen, and the stubborn idea that iced matcha should never come from a syrup pump or a powder shaker.
We partner with a single farm in Uji, sift every batch by hand, and whisk each drink to order. It takes a minute and a half longer than a machine pour. Our regulars say that's the point.
