Shake the matcha
Cap on tight? Shake the matcha bottle really well for about ten seconds — don't be shy, this wakes the matcha up.

Pour it over
Pour the matcha over the milk.

Spoon the sea-salt toffee foam on top until it sits like a little cloud.
